NOTE: Due to pending regulatory approval, this program is currently only available to applicants on an admitted basis in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. If your state is not currently listed above as one in which the program is available on an admitted basis, we will need to work with a licensed insurance broker who can place non-admitted or surplus lines business in your state. TRAVEL PRO E&O is specialized E&O Protection for Travel Professionals who are Home Based Agents or Independent Contractors working for Host Agencies AND have greater than or equal to $5,000,000 in Annual Total Gross Receipts
