NOTE: Due to pending regulatory approval, this program is currently only available to applicants on an admitted basis in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. If your state is not currently listed above as one in which the program is available on an admitted basis, we will need to work with a licensed insurance broker who can place non-admitted or surplus lines business in your state. Please contact a qualified insurance representative and have them submit an application or contact us for additional information regarding the program. TRAVEL PRO E&O is specialized E&O Protection for Travel Professionals who are Home Based Agents or Independent Contractors working for Host Agencies AND have greater than or equal to $5,000,000 in Annual Total Gross Receipts

    -     if your state is not listed above as approved and you wish to access our program, have your insurance representative contact our office for an application. All surplus lines applications must be submitted by a licensed surplus lines producer.
